Throughout my cancer treatments in 2024, my cousin Brooke was a constant shining light. She sent me encouraging cards and Starbucks gift cards that actually got me out of bed and out of the house. To thank her I painted the original Disco Daisies with acrylic on canvas board. I spent countless hours in bed too weak from the radiation therapy and bored silly. Art was my escape from the pain and fear of the cancer battle. May this poster grace your walls and remind you that simple acts of kindness keep the world going.
